Family category foreign workers:In accordance with the provisions of the labor contract, foreign workers must be given a minimum of one day off every seven days

Industry category foreign workers:In accordance with the provisions of the Labor Standards Act, this category of foreign workers receives leave days and it is the responsibility of the employer to see these are provided, protecting the rights of workers. 

If an employer asks a worker to work on a leave day, he is required to pay for one full day of work at the overtime rate.

If you believe your right to leave has been violated, call the 1955 Hotline or file a complaint with the local labor affairs authority.
