A:Why does this regulation exist?

B:Airports are places areas where aircraft transporting passengers and cargo take off and land. Releasing objects that can endanger flight safety in areas around airports can distract or psychologically threaten pilots and thereby interfere with aircraft operations. Moreover, if an object is struck by an aircraft or sucked into an engine, it can seriously damage the aircraft. Such activities are strictly regulated to protect the lives and property of passengers and flight crew.

Be aware! When the release of objects that canendanger flight safety within an area designated byan airport, without the approval of the relevant authority,is discovered and confirmed, the responsible party will beissued with a penalty notice and finedNT$300,000 to NT$1.5 million.
