B:You should use the medical treatment map function available on 1955 E-LINE. It provides templates in different languages which help you to understand when asked to fill in your basic information. There is also a real time translation function that makes it easier to communicate with medical staff

B:There’s no need to download, just join 1955 E-LINE and it’s one of the functions available in the menu at the bottom
