▍119 Reporting an emergency

A:Hurry, it looks like there’s a fire, I’m going to call 119 !

B:Tell the operator “who, what, where, and which items are involved” so they can send help as quickly as possible

A:OK, I will tell them 1.Who I am 2.What has happened 3.Where I am 4.What is burning at the location 5.Whether anyone has been injured

B:That’s right. The clearer you are with the details, the quicker the fire trucks and the ambulances will arrive

Be aware:When calling 119, stay calm and slowly explain who, what, where, and which items are involved, as that maximizes the amount of time available to save lives
