If a foreign worker has a positive PCR test those he or she shares a room with are classified as close contacts and the employer should place them in one-person-per-room accommodation.

The foreign worker should be directly placed in a government quarantine facility, or where medical treatment is required a hospital.

Employers should record the temperature and health status of foreign workers every day and tabulate those records. If workers develop suspected COVID-19 symptoms including a fever, headache, runny nose, sore throat, cough, muscle soreness, lethargy/fatigue, diarrhea, abnormal smell or taste etc. they should receive medical attention and be tested for COVID-19.
