If a labor brokerage works for multiple employers at the same time it must ensure the foreign workers hired by individual employers are placed on different floors. 2. Because most live-in caregivers live with the care recipient this rule does not apply. However, employers should still observe other pandemic prevention regulations such as health monitoring in order to reduce the risk of infection.
